Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Origin All orders ship from Canada.

Delivery Estimates Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, unless otherwise noted on the product page or through a promotional offer.

International Shipping For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, Fenlo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at kueensupport@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help investigate.
